Raynell Sutton, 78, longtime Williams resident, died in her Williams home July 21, 2000.
Mrs. Sutton was born Oct. 3, 1921 near Princeton, Ky., the daughter of Isaac Brown and Blanche Campbell Brown Tissaw.
She attended school in Parks and Williams. Mrs. Sutton was a homemaker and, for a time, a clerk at Babbitts. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, the Friendship Club, the Parent Teacher Association, Bill Williams Mountain Men (spouse) and Williams Rotary Club (spouse).
Mrs. Sutton was preceded in death by a daughter, Sue Ellen Hopkins; and two grandchildren, Donnie Owens Jr. and Amy Hopkins.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Sutton Sr.; two daughters, Carol Owens and her husband, Donnie Owens Sr. of Flagstaff, Sylvia Kiker and Johnnie Kiker of Williams; and a son, Bill Sutton Jr. of Williams; 15 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Services were held June 25 at Canyon Chapel with interment following at Williams Cemetery.
