Legion marks Memorial Day

The American Legion John Ivens Post 42 will hold a Memorial Day ceremony on Monday, May 25, at Grand Canyon Pioneer Cemetery. It begins at 11 a.m. It will honor the more than 70 veterans buried in the cemetery next to the Shrine of the Ages.
Legion and auxiliary members will be at the cemetery on Saturday, May 23, for a cleanup and to replace flags on veterans' graves.
