2015-2016 Grand Canyon School registration now open, starts Aug. 17
GRAND CANYON, Ariz. - Grand Canyon School registration for the 2015-2016 school year starts July 27 and school will start on August 17.
Registration dates for Kindergarten through fifth grade will be on July 27 and 28. Grades sixth through eighth can register on July 29 and high school registration will be on July 30.
Registration times will be 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the multipurpose room at Grand Canyon School.
New students must have their previous school information, birth certificate, current
Immunization records, certificate of Indian blood and court documents (when
applicable). It is the responsibility of the parent to provide these documents for school registration.
Registration will take around 30 minutes per student and registration packets will need to be filled out on site and turned in on the same day
Grand Canyon School asks all parents/students to provide proof of residency, which can be a utility bill, bank statement, housing letter from an employer or Arizona driver's license.
Additional information needed includes a current phone number and address for each family and emergency contacts. All school fees will need to be paid at the time of registration and can be paid by cash, money order or personal checks. Outstanding balances from the 2014-2015 school year will also be collected. Checks are not accepted from individuals who have had prior returned checks for insufficient funds within the past school year.
