Tribal leaders meet in Washington to hear from Obama, Cabinet officials

President Barack Obama told tribal leaders Nov. 13 that his Climate Action Plan, which calls for new carbon-emission limits on existing power plants, will help combat climate change that he said is already affecting Native American communities.
